“Hey tom I want a flat stomach! So,
Can we do more ab exercises?” Wrong!
You cannot get a flat stomach nor can
you spot reduce
by doing certain exercises alone. Now the
key to this is actually lowering your
body
fat percentage! How we do this is we
make sure that we’re eating in a slight
caloric deficit
from what we’re actually burning each
day. We’re burning more calories
than we’re actually taking in
and 70 percent of this is going to come down to
your diet
and 30 percent is going to be the workouts so
we want to make sure that diet is
efficient,
you’re eating clean, drinking lots of
water and
moving efficiently too. We want to work
out those muscles (not doing
all that cardio). Muscle is metabolism,
splitting up those muscle groups each
day doing full body workouts, and
really getting your heart rate up that
way with a good diet will get you that
flat stomach.
