WHAT WE OFFER

Spartan Home Fitness offers a personalized fitness routine that is tailored to your lifestyle and goals. For some, the road to success starts with direct one-on-one personalized training that keeps them on track and motivated. At Spartan Home Fitness, we offer a comprehensive one-on-one style of personal training. Through our Personal Training services, you will have access to a personal trainer, with workouts designed for you, as well as diet and nutritional support. A combination of weights and cardio are used together in most of our clients’ programs. We are experienced in programming using HIIT training, functional training, and calisthenics, just to name a few. Our Personal Training services are offered both virtually and in-person depending on our clients’ lifestyle.

The most unique aspect of Spartan Home Fitness is that all workouts are always designed to bring the workout out of the gym and into your home. While we provide equipment for our in-person clients, even a virtual client who doesn’t have access to “heavy gym equipment” will see results from our custom home workout programs and services. 

Some of our Spartan’s prefer working out with friends, family, or even colleagues. The group setting can be a fun dynamic that keeps everyone motivated to show up and put in the work! We offer group classes for a variety of groups, from our Sunday morning bootcamp to custom group classes for specific populations (i.e. persons with disabilities, Alzheimer’s patients, WW groups, etc.). We can host these classes in-person or virtually and we always keep the requests and needs of the group in mind when planning a group class program.

IN-PERSON

Just you and your trainer. When you become one of Spartan Home Fitness’ personal training clients, we are here for your journey every step of the way. You will book 1 hour workouts weekly at a location of your choosing, i.e. your living room, a local park, etc. You will be in consistent contact with your trainer about your goals, and you will work on diet and nutrition with your trainer to support those goals. . These services are all available to you as a Personal Training client of Spartan Home Fitness. This is a really special way we get to work with you as a client because we are able to fully support you on your journey.

Group training with Spartan Home Fitness is unique because you can customize your group and collaborate with your trainer! Some clients have a group they prefer to work out with – friends, family, or even co-workers. By setting up your own class with a Spartan Home Fitness trainer, you can keep each other motivated and accountable while reaching your goals together. Groups training together meet their trainer at a designated location at the same time for a group workout. Your trainer will create a program with every group members’ needs in mind and will be there to further personalize your workouts throughout the session. 

 

We also offer pre-set classes such as our Sunday morning bootcamp in the park. This workout is designed to be a full body workout every week and every Spartan is welcome to join in on the fun! It’s accessible for all ages and skill levels.

VIRTUAL

Just you and your trainer. When you become one of Spartan Home Fitness’ personal training clients, we are here for your journey every step of the way. You will book 1 hour workouts weekly, via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, etc. You will be in consistent contact with your trainer about your goals, and you will work on diet and nutrition with your trainer to support those goals. These services are all available to you as a Personal Training client of Spartan Home Fitness. This is a really special way we get to work with you as a client because we are able to fully support you on your journey and you can access these services from anywhere: your living room, on vacation, a work trip, and even through a pandemic. Being accessible to you virtually, you will never have to skip a beat on your path to reaching your goals!

Much like in-person group training with Spartan Home Fitness it is unique in that you can customize your group and collaborate with your trainer, but also in that you can workout with a group without ever being in the same room! Some clients are most motivated in a group setting, but don’t have the time or aren’t located close enough to the people they feel comfortable training with. Virtual group training with a Spartan Home Fitness trainer brings people together to stay motivated and accountable while reaching your goals together. Groups training together log in via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, etc,  at the same time for a group workout led by a personal trainer. Your trainer will create a program with every group members’ needs in mind and will be there to further personalize your workouts throughout the session. No equipment, no worries. We are experienced in programming at home workouts that will get you to reach your goals.
