I’ve been training with Tom for four months now and have been seeing amazing results. In our short time training together, I have lost ten pounds and decreased my body fat from 14.6% to 8.2%. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, which shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His outgoing, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout different, challenging, and fun. He knows my limits and is able to create workouts that challenge me within those limits. I never thought I’d be able to get in shape outside of a gym, but Tom brings all the necessary equipment with him and makes use of everyday items inside and outside of my house. What’s also great about Tom is that he is very knowledgeable about healthy eating and has helped me improve my diet in the past four months. He has done this by e-mailing me personalized menu suggestions, recommending various apps/websites, and making personal recommendations. Because of him, I have incredible energy, my balance and strength have improved immensely, and I’ve got great new muscles popping out in different areas of my body.
