Before I started working out with Tom I weighed 200 pounds and I was sluggish. I ate take-out many nights and clothes started to look awkward on me. I made the choice to start working out, but didn’t know where to start. However, I found Spartan Home Fitness and with Tom’s help I learned how to workout and I was able to shed the weight. I noticed a shift in weight when I was finally able to wear jeans that hadn’t fit me since high school. I also started to develop muscles due to both my training with Tom and diet plan that he gave me. Now my weight is in the 180’s and I have a renewed sense of confidence in myself. Today, I have an extra push to get into the gym and workout and I couldn’t have done it without Tom and Spartan Home Fitness.
